Your options
How we grade our used containers for sale
Premium quality
You'll find it hard to fault our premium quality containers. They're delivered in a "like new" state and have been used for storage purposes only. Scuffs and marks will be minimal or non-existent.
Grade A
The second-best container grade covers the next 10-15% of our used models. They're not quite as appealing as a premium quality container, but they are cosmetically sound and should last many years.
Grade B
Your typical, average-quality used container. Likely to have been made at least 15 years ago, these still have years of use left in them and can often be brought back to their former glory with a little effort.
Grade C
This is the domain of the cheap used container – our bottom 10-15% of stock in terms of quality. Most are still fully functional, and while their condition is poor they are still the right choice for some buyers.

Shipping containers
What is a 1-trip container?
As with most container sales businesses, our containers are made in factories overseas. That means if you order a brand new shipping container, it will already have been on a container ship – on its inbound journey – when it arrives at your workplace or home.
It’s why the word ‘new’ isn’t used all that much in the world of shipping containers. We tend to say 1-trip instead. Your container will have brought cargo in on its inbound journey (it would be a huge waste to import an empty container), and you’ll be the first to actually own it. So when you want to buy shipping containers that are as near to unused as possible, ‘new’ equals ‘1-trip’ in container land.
